Avneesh Saksena

Avneesh Saksena did his B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in 1985. He is a certified CEO & Executive Coach and helps leaders reach higher levels of performance through insights and transformation.

Avneesh is a natural mentor and has been a versatile global business leader with proven General Management, People Management, Customer Relationship Management, Business Management and Leadership skills with commensurate professional experience spanning 33 years. He has handled many positions of responsibility and leadership covering a wide spectrum of business functions including Global Business Management, General Management, Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Strategy & Planning, Change Management, Program Management, Operations Management, HR Development and Intellectual Property Management in several leading organizations of international repute. These include L&T, HCL and SIEMENS. In one of his corporate roles Avneesh has been responsible for heading a Global P&L function of a very large technology services business spanning five continents. At L&T, Avneesh was selected as the “Senior Level People’s Champion” across all businesses and companies worldwide of Larsen & Toubro Ltd. group in 2014 by an independent jury. Avneesh has also been an entrepreneur in the middle of his career. 

Apart from being a coach and a mentor, Avneesh also operates as a Management Consultant and Adviser in the areas of Engineering Services Offshoring, Engineering and other Knowledge-based Services.

Vijayakumar Rajagopal, is an experienced facilitator and coach and delights in the joy of making others great. His vast experience across the globe in a variety of leadership roles has helped him tailor his engagements across cultures. He is currently leading a number of engagements in the areas of Global Leadership Development, Women Leadership, Group Coaching and Executive Coaching. 

Vijay is certified through Post graduate Program in Executive Coaching , certified by Coaching Foundation India ( CFI). He balances his engagements between individual coaching and group coaching sessions. Individual Coaching focuses on setting powerful goals in their personal, team and organizational context and helping the individual thoughtfully accelerate towards aspirational goals across each of these areas. 

Group Coaching is driven by addressing a business situation within a Group and helping them establish trust, clarity and critical thinking through powerful questions, and orchestrating their progress towards their stated goals.

Until October 2016, Vijay was serving in Global leadership roles Shell. His 10-year career with Shell included many roles, including Strategy advisory, Aviation, Project Management, Engineering Management, Technical consultancy, Process optimisation and Operations. His span of operations included all continents , except Antarctica which has contributed to his rich understanding and appreciation of culture and diversity. Prior to Shell, Vijay was with Abu Dhabi National Oil Company – Abu Dhabi, Kuwait National Petroleum Company - Kuwait and Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited, India. Vijay is a first-class graduate in Chemical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Warangal, India and holds Project Management Professional certification.

His clients respect him for his utmost honesty and integrity, his intent and focus on making others great, his ability to ask hard questions in a soft way, and on helping them think clearly, to execute with rigor and compassion. 

Sudarsan, an IIT-BHU, Mechanical Engineer, is an Oil & Gas Professional, who has more than 35 years of both domestic as well as International experience. He has been in the Middle East in excess of 27 years, having a wide spectrum of Industry experience. He has incubated major startups in Construction as well as Project EPC, in Oil & Gas, Refineries, Petrochemical, LNG, Power, Steel & Aluminium industries.

He has worked with reputed organizations such as Voltas Ltd and SPIC Ltd in India as well as Bahwan Group, Petrofac and Petron in the Middle East.

Several times in his career Sudarsan has built operations from barefoot start, to setting up teams, systems, procedures through to ensuring sustainable growth. During his journey, he has nurtured and groomed many industry leaders. 

Sudarsan brings a unique out of the box thinking, and a great zeal to get to the basics, which ultimately provides natural solutions to both professional and personnel issues. His passion is to mentor the next line of leadership at all levels.

He is a CFI Certified Executive Coach, who has a deep understanding of issues faced by the expat community internationally.
