Sales and Account Management Workshop
This is a one day workshop usually meant for mid to senior level leaders who find themselves in a sales role or dealing with a Sales team for the first time in their career as a result of a change of function or career advancement. This is usually meant for large organizations. The workshop covers the expectations from a Sales or Account Management function, encourages questions and inquiry and even delves into addressing core beliefs which come in the way of satisfactory performance of such roles.
Business Visioning and Planning Workshop
This is a 2 day team workshop targeted at Small to Medium Enterprises who would like to adopt a more formal and collective approach to business planning, thereby promoting participation and ownership of business goals and targets by the team.This may also be a follow up of a Business Coaching intervention for the leader.
