Coaching Assisted Accelerated Leadership Development Program

The CLAP™ program is designed for the organizations that are looking to build a Leadership Pipeline by harnessing principles of Executive Coaching in a time bound structured program  for a larger number of mid to senior level potential leaders. It helps each individual work on his specific development agenda and priorities. The program blends this with training interventions to address the common agenda and development needs of the entire group.  


The CLAP™ uses various assessment tools to help clients understand their leadership style. The coaches help them to “unpack” the assessment reports and develop deeper understanding and awareness of issues. They help the clients go beyond their comfort zones by challenging them and providing support on their journey through regular interactions.
